Subscription Cancellation
How to cancel your Docuro AI subscription.
1. Introduction
This Cancellation Policy explains how subscribers of Docuro AI may cancel their paid subscriptions, what happens to billing once a cancellation is requested, and how account access and stored data are handled after cancellation. By subscribing to Docuro AI, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
2. How to Cancel a Subscription
Subscribers may cancel their active Docuro AI subscription at any time using one of the following methods:
- Inside the Docuro AI dashboard, under Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription.
- By writing to support@docuroai.in from the registered account email.
- By calling Docuro AI Support at +91-7388913179 during working hours.
Cancellation requests submitted through unverified channels or third-party email addresses may be declined for security reasons.
3. When Cancellation Takes Effect
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. This means:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- You will continue to have full access to Docuro AI features during this time.
- Auto-renewal will be disabled and no further charges will be applied to your payment method.
4. Free Trial Cancellation
If you cancel during a free trial period, no charges will be made and your workspace will move to read-only or limited access at the end of the trial. You can resume a paid subscription anytime by selecting a plan.
5. Monthly Plans
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Once cancelled, access continues until the end of the current monthly cycle. Partial-month refunds are not provided for monthly plans.
6. Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions can also be cancelled at any time, but the subscription remains active until the end of the paid annual term. Refunds for annual plans are governed by our Refund Policy and are limited to specific eligibility scenarios such as duplicate charges, failed activation, or documented technical issues.
7. Effect of Cancellation on Data & Workspace
After cancellation:
- Your workspace and uploaded documents remain accessible for a grace period of 30 days.
- You may export invoices, ledgers, and Tally-ready files during the grace period.
- After the grace period, data may be archived or permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
8. Reactivation
Cancelled accounts can be reactivated within the grace period without losing access to existing workspace data. After the grace period, a new workspace may need to be created depending on data retention status at that time.
9. Refunds Related to Cancellation
Cancellation by itself does not automatically generate a refund. Refund eligibility is governed by the Docuro AI Refund Policy. Refunds, where eligible, are processed only to the original payment method.
10. Cancellation Due to Policy Violations
Docuro AI reserves the right to suspend or cancel any subscription in case of violations of the Terms & Conditions, misuse of the platform, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. In such cases, refunds may not be provided.
11. Changes to This Policy
Docuro AI may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Any updates will be reflected on this page along with a revised “Last Updated” date.
